LG HBS 200 Stereo Bluetooth Headset
From the moment I connected this headset to my blackBerry Curve, I have had nothing but joy listening to my music. The sound is clear and crisp, the adjustments to sound and volume are easy to use, and the changeover to a phone call when one occurs is seamless.
I previously paid 3 times as much for a bulky Motorola set, and this one is every bit as good, and much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I recommend it without hesitation.

Probably the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever tried. They hurt the top and back of my ears so much that I couldn't keep them on for more than a short time. It's possible that wearing glasses makes it worse.
I didn't like the behind the head design. I wear progressive lenses and have to lean my head back to focus on different parts of my computer screen. When I do this the band hits my neck and it pushes the ear pieces off my ears.
The sound is very good and the battery life is as spec'd.
I didn't have a problem with them being particulary fragile as others have commented, but a coworker broke hers after only a couple of weeks.

I've had this for a short time and use it for my Samsung mp3 player and works well. Haven't tested how long it works. Would be better if it could actually control my mp3 player just volume is all it can control. I'm very satisfied either way.
