I thought that this USB headset would be a great solution to my audio needs. It wasn't! The headphones were operative but of poor quality. The microphone didn't work at all.
Perhaps I just got a defective unit but I am returning it to Amazon and asking for a refund. I wish Amazon would refund the hundred dollars of my time that I spent trying to get this product to work.

Comfortable to wear. Picks up my voice and not background noise perfectly. I love the fact that you can use the headphone/mic jacks OR a USB plug with the adapter that's included. Great price for the quality of this product!
Great Deal for That Price
I bought this item in a very affordable price which is very cheap compared to similar products in the market. The design is as good as it is able to be. And you can use by USB or Analog sound devices as well. Altec Lansing Headphone is just same as a call-center headset, this makes it much cooler for me, that it is very easy to wear it.
I cannot say any negative things about it since I made a very good deal with it.
