Okay for the price. This is a pretty piece of equipment and worked great in a stationary setting (i.e. in the house or in the office) but had horrible static during movement (i.e. in the car or walking outside at the park or even in my driveway). The new law passed in California where drivers MUST use an ear piece so it really doesn't do me any good to have a great ear piece in a stationary setting when I need it most while driving. I gave it to a friend in the hopes that it wouldn't be staticy in the places she travels to/from. She has yet to try it out but if not it's going to have to go up on ebay bec I ended up buying the Plantronics Discovery 925 in Cerise Pink (my original choice but at the time the pink was not yet available). I've had absolutely no problems with that unit and it was costly but worth it. As they say- you get what you pay for! Plantronics Explorer 330 Bluetooth Headset I bought this for my wife along with my Plantronics 520, although mine isn't pink. She absolutely loves it and the sound quality is awesome, crisp and clear. The only drawback is when I have my headset on, I usually have to turn the volume down a couple of notches. The overal background noise is not bad at all. It does a great job of filtering it out or dampening it. If she is on the computer playing games or in the car with he radio on, she has to turn the volume down or off, but that is to be expected. It fits great in the ear and does try to fall off when I look down or bend over. And it doesn't 'bounce around' when I am walking like other brands do. I don't have discomfort wearing it and it doesn't get in the way of my glasses. I forget I have it on. You can always count on Plantronics for quality and comfort. Terrible Microphone Even though the Pink Explorer 330 was very comfortable and had great reception it was all down hill when people on the other end of the conversation could'nt here me. I traded headsets so that I could get an idea of what people were talking about. It picked up all the surrounding noise. I could barely hear my friend's voice. Just like I could, she heard me and the reception on her end was good. The problem lies with the microphone. It picks up everything around you. I thought maybe I got a buggy one. I exchanged it for a new one. Same problems again. I love the design and feel but thats where it ends. As much as I wanted to like it, I couldn't. Save your money and buy the plantronics voyager 520. Its a much better headset.
